Answer The Call...

I rejoice in the call on my life to serve as a leader. As I have grown and matured spiritually I have developed a Godly view instead of a worldly view of what a leaders role is. I understand a true leader treats their position more like a shepherd than a king. You have a flock to manage, protect and grow. In other words it is not about ME, it’s about helping them – whether it is my children, my coworkers, my clients or my friends. In God's eyes a leader focuses more on loving and caring for people, not using the gift of leadership to rule them for their own personal gain or influence. Do you have the call to lead on your life? Today I encourage you to step out and answer the call. Step into that role that God created that only YOU can fill. I would love to support you in your journey.
