I am thankful for the ability to stay calm and in peace. I choose not to let people or circumstances steal my inner joy. I know God has given me the power for peace that passes all understanding. If I am not in peace it is because I choose not to be, not because I do not have the power or ability to be. I love life and life loves me back in joy, in peace and in happiness.
