Non Negotiable...

I am thankful for the spirit and authenticity to display and walk out courageous leadership.  I am not afraid to stand up for what my conscience tells me is right and true.  I know authenticity cannot be replaced or negotiated. God is not going to say "it's okay you walked the talk part of the time".  The way a I respond to ethical and moral challenges communicates clearly the essence of my character, commitment and integrity to those I serve. Have you negotiated your authenticity thinking it will get you where you want to be? I encourage you to examine if your walk matches you talk 100%. If not, begin the steps to regain authenticity in your life.  You can do it! Your spirit will respond to this in a positive way.
