Critical Conversations...

I am thankful for the growth opportunity provided in critical conversations. In the past I may have avoided talking about things with people that I knew would most likely not go well. Accountability conversations are harder to have, so as a whole we have been conditioned to sidestep them. There is no growth in that. To grow personally it was necessary for me to learn how to have those critical conversations with honesty, grace, integrity and accountability. How many conversations are you avoiding today? Who are you wishing you could talk to about an issue but are afraid too? Consider that the critical conversation needs to happen to possibly allow you to move on with a better relationship or comprehend the season for that relationship is over. Can I encourage you today to evaluate your family, friends and work circles and implement the necessary conversations needed for growth?
