Excellent of Arrogant....

I am grateful for the awareness of excellence vs. arrogance. I understand excellence adds value where arrogance demands recognition. Excellence is servant or service based where arrogance is ego based. Confident leaders serve with excellence. Cocky leaders demand attention. I learned along the leadership trail that as long as I add value, serve with compassion and be love in a situation there is no need to call attention to it, those I serve will share my level of excellence with others. Today are you demanding attention for you service or letting your service show itself bold, strong and confident at every level. Arrogance is based in insecurity. Excellence is rooted in confidence in not only yourself but the Creator who made you to serve at the highest level. Will you join me in confidence today and let your excellence rise above your ego?  Release the ego entirely and watch your level of excellence soar!
