Get Out Of The Way....

I am thankful for the awakening awareness to GET OUT OF THE WAY. Have you ever asked God for something and then when He provides the answer to the prayer take it back and try to do it your way? I certainly have. I imagine God doing a big eye roll from Heaven with the caption "Really, Janet, Really". The truth is we interfere with many of God's blessing for our life by trying to "manage them" in our own strength. Taking over before God's finished with His work in us. One of my favorite verses comes to mind in times like this "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you....plans to give you hope and a future." This IS our destiny. It is our birthright, but we get in the way of it with our own agenda. Do you need to get out of the way today? Are you managing and manipulating the blessings right out of you life? Would you consider joining me today and the next time this happens....(usually within the hour), stop...be thankful.... and know that God's got this and make the conscious choice to get out of His way.
