Reciprocating Power...

I acknowledge the best way to remain in power is to give it away. It is simple, until I let go of what is in my hand or my immediate space I cannot recieve more. If my hands are full there is not way to hold more. If I do not give away the power I am limited in my capacity to recieve more powerful gifts from God. Leadership is about raising people up.. helping them understand the power that is available to them and in them. If we hoard the power or act like we are the only one's receiving it we stop the flow and eventually our power is depleted. If we want to keep the flow going we have got to be open and willing to give it away. Are you hoarding knowledge today that could benefit someone else? Maybe your mindset is you learned it the hard way and everybody else should too. Can I encourage you that is only hard because you are making it so. Think about letting the power flow and letting it go. Power reciprocates only if you allow it too.
