The Road Block....

I am fully aware I can never go past the capacity or limit of my own character. When looking at character and skill character always comes first. Skills can be honed and grown. Character defines who we are... while skill shows how well we perform as who we are. We usually are labeled by our character..  either as honest, with integrity, shady, vain, egotistical or big hearted (servant minded). Integrity is being honest with God, others and yourself.... it is not being perfect, but being transparent in regards to our flaws, mistakes or failures. Has your character got you road blocked today? Do you have the skill but never seem to get anywhere? Can I encourage you today to look deep and determine if some inner work needs to be done to advance to your full potential. No matter how skillful you become you will never rise above the level of your character. Why not work on it first?
