Releasing myself from my head space and leaping into my heart space is a consciously freeing, beautiful and exhilarating choice. It is a feeling of wholeness instead of hollowness. Living in our head space keeps us in doubt... there is a constant chatter and noise that echos in the hollowness. It is allowing our head to second guess what our heart knows to be true, but won't accept without validation. Living in our heart space is an inner awakening .... a knowing feeling that cannot be explained. It makes us feel alive with the wonder and joy of what is possible. How do we know we are operating in our heart space? It just feels right, aligned ... it resonates authentically throughout our being. Relationships that come from the heart space don't require us to make them work; they just work - in a way that seems effortless allowing us to feel exhilarated, free and beautiful in the experience.
