God's Waiting Room....

I am in gratitude for God's perfect timing. Being a go-getter and competitive in my endeavors this was a lesson I had to repeat several times before it really stuck. You see I would get tired of waiting on God or decide I could do something in my own strength quicker. The outcome was always the same....God's plan is perfect and by trying to do it on my own I usually derailed or prolonged the outcome. Once I learned to let go and let God my relationships fell into perfect timing, my business flourished and the right clients showed up at just the right time. Sometimes God keeps us from the good things because he has GREATER things in store for us. The really great things are worth waiting for. It is often a test to see if we are listening.... if we a patient.....if we are kind....if we are hopeful..... if we serve others while waiting. Are you trying to figure everything out in your own power? Possibly you are settling for good when God is saying hold on, pass that up because I have someone or something far greater in store for you. How are you using your time in God's waiting room? I am blessed to say the very best is worth waiting for.
