The Control Factor....

I am thankful for the awareness of what control does. We are conditioned to believe that powerful people are the ones in control. However, the truth is weak insecure people use control as a tool or a crutch to manipulate circumstances to their own devices. Letting go of controlling others is being secure in yourself and what you bring to the table. A truly powerful person creates a safe place for others to know and be known without conditions or control. There is power in being transparent and authentic. It means manipulation and masks are not needed. Where does your power reside today? Is it in control or is it in transparency? If you are constantly using energy to make sure people know you are in control....what is really in control. Could it possibly be your ego?
