My True Estate.....

I am thankful for the opportunity to show my true estate to people.... to be authentic and transparent. So often we are conditioned not to show our hand. There are two reasons for this; one is fear and the other is our unwillingness to be transparent. Fear binds us up. It ties our hands and our hearts to the fullness authentic living provides. Transparency models compassion, peace, and vulnerability. It lays us open so our heart is exposed and there are no questions.... it just is. As humans we find our true estate in the people we love, those we serve without record, score or manipulation. The estate of our life is not in our finances and what we have, but in our relationships and who and how we love. What does your true estate look like? If you left this earth today would the people in your life be better off for the time you spent with them...the love you invested in them? Would they have memories of that love and examples to model for the rest of their life. This is the true estate we are leaving.
