The Proper Time...

I rejoice in the opportunity to do good. If we allow it we can easily grow weary of doing the right thing, making a difference or speaking into other people's lives on purpose. In moments where I feel my step faltering I read one of my favorite passages in Galatians...."Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."  It reminds me that it's in the proper time, not on my time. I am encouraged to keep loving into and on others on purpose. Love shines a light on darkness that nothing else can do. Possibly you have grown weary of always being there for other people? Can I encourage you that each step you take and each breath you breathe into someone else will come back to you tenfold? Would you join me and rejoice in the opportunity to be the good in the someone else's world today?
