Look Up....

I rejoice in the reward to go the distance and then some. So often we give up short of the original goal or decided to stop just short of the finish line. We give up on ourselves and stop instead of being open to the awareness that this is the exact spot God is waiting to step in. He will carry you into that second mile or over the finish line if we choose to allow His presence to refill us.... rejuvenate us....breathe new life into us and our goal or dream. Do you have a pattern of not finishing what you started? Possibly you take off with great enthusiasm for your goal but get bogged down in the challenges, the road blocks and the obstacles thrown your way. Can I encourage that instead of stopping or looking down in defeat.... look up in victory. Spread your arms wide and take it in.This is the day the Lord has made... let us rejoice in it.
