Goodbye Ego...

I rejoice in the awareness that Peace is part of my existence because I choose to selflessly serve Spirit instead of selfishly serve ego. It took me years to learn this lesson, decades actually. The ego destroys more dreams than any outside force ever could. Ego holds us back from attaining joy, peace, and happiness because we spend so much time slaving to it we miss the true gifts God has for us. How about you? How much of each day is spent serving your ego and how much is spent serving others? Serving God and His plan for your life?  We are brought up to put ourselves first and in doing so miss out on so much of the abundance, peace, prosperity, love and overflowing joy available to us.
