Out of the Darkness...

I choose to walk in the light and be a torch bearer. Where there is darkness my hope is to start a flicker of hope for someone. We all know people who live in the shadows....who let the darkness overshadow their life. Jesus was the premier mentor of light shining.... He would go anywhere from a Samaritan well to a Damascus road.... to meet anyone....a Pharisee ( the enemy of the Jew) or a prostitute..... willing to go anytime at high noon or the dead of night. Each day I ask God to help me walk in the light as His son did. To allow me the strength, passion and fortitude to be a beacon, torch, candle or spark for someone who walks predominately in darkness. Are you using your talents to light the way for others? Can I encourage you today to fan the flame of the spark inside you to benefit the one's God called you to serve.
