Pursuing Wisdom...

I am thankful for the awareness to pursue wisdom in quiet places. Wisdom and a Word from God rarely come in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, work-kids-friends-commitments....all keep us running and for me I have to get still... be quiet...listen to worship music, meditate or pray and then out of the quiet comes the answer I have been looking for. I hear that gentle whisper say.... "Trust me Janet.... If you give it all to me I can take you further than you ever imagined" It's not always easy to trust God... He often tells us to walk away from things or to give away things we think we value, to start from scratch again.. but the truth is anything we give up He brings back to us tenfold in a different form. Do you need to find a quiet place today and listen? Possibly God has been telling you to let go of something and you are white knuckling it holding on.... Can I encourage you be still, release it and move forward? Your future awaits and you can't carry that old baggage with you to this new adventure!
