I rejoice that every person I encounter carries a seed of success within them. Sadly, some never develop it to it's potential. The ability to find our own or others seeds (gifts or talents) takes commitment, diligence, and a genuine desire to to focus on others and help them develop.
Once the seed (gift or calling) is discovered fertilize it with encouragement; lift the person up...reinforce their talent and potential any positive and focused way you can. While the fertilizer of encouragement is working, water it with opportunity.... Show them the opportunities available and give them to blossom or grow. Mentor with your daily actions or recipe for success.
The only thing we cannot do is grow for them....... we can draw out the ingredients to success, but blossoming into their potential is where their own desire and passion to succeed materialize..... . If we have fertilized, watered and nurtured (equipped, encouraged and empowered) it's now time to see if the process took root and the fruits of our labor flourish. We cannot flourish or fly for them.
