Are you setting the example....

Albert Schweitzer said "Example is not the main thing in influencing others.... it's the only thing." People will emulate what is modeled to them. What you do as a leader and influencer others will do. If you are effective, what you value others will value. What you believe in, those that support you will believe in. A leader sets the tone for not only their future, but all those around them  However, you cannot expect others to do what you do not demand of yourself first.  It is important to remember if you are a leader or an influencer that the people following you can only go as far as you go. If your growth stops today.... it is a domino effect on the people whom you influence and lead. It is important to remember we cannot model what we do not possess. If you want the people around you and whom you lead, serve and influence to show integrity, accountability, passion and confidence  and service you must first model it with unwavering aptitude yourself.
