A vision for success...

Do you feel like you have the talent, resources and opportunity to reach your goals, but have been going in circles not reaching your full potential in any area? Usually this is caused by a lack of clear vision. Great vision always preceded great achievement and not everyone has it. Whether it is an achievement for you or for your team or group; is the vision clear.... has it been outlined in a way that is understandable, achievable and easy to articulate. Most of the time we have a vision for success, but get caught in the spiderweb of  how to make it happen.  After a few setbacks or obstacles we decide it is easier to settle for something less than what we are capable of  instead of pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone and taking the risk to be everything we have the potential to be.
