Are you an initiator....

Desire is the starting point of all achievement. It is what fuels the dream or goal and stimulates the passion to succeed. Those who act on their desire to accomplish their goal are initiators.  Initiators know what they are capable of and look for ways to accomplish their desire, often breaking new ground or going against the majority. They push themselves to act and are not prone to excuses. They take more risks and do not wait on someone to give them permission to live their dream or achieve their goal. They go with their gut, trusting their inner voice and holding themselves to a greater level of accountability. Initiators are passionate about taking it to the next level; going up the mountain and forging their own path when necessary.
