Our highest good...

How do you "lead" or live behind the scenes when no one is looking? Often leaders will put on a role or play a part that is not consistent with their behavior when they think others are not watching. Consistency, truth, honor and trust are key components to leading and living with integrity. If you act differently behind a closed office door or at home than you do in your daily walk in front of others, at some point your true nature will seep out or be exposed. Duplicity is never rewarded in the long run. We have to talk the talk and walk the walk first and foremost, 100% of the time  in our own mind and with our own actions. Think today ... if the people you lead, encourage, empower and serve could see you out of the normal element or get into your head would they see the same person they see in you when everyone's watching? In front on thousands or home alone your character needs to be constantly consistent to reach your full potential and rise to your highest good.
