The principle of generosity...

Effective leaders excel at generosity. They are givers, not takers. Most great leaders feel motivated to: Serve others by helping them grow and thrive in their own abilities. They are problem solvers, they look to prevent problems that would keep others from reaching their potential. They support causes that benefit mankind, not just themselves. Why do we see these leaders excel? They understand an operate within the principle of generosity... one must be generous with themselves, what they have whether it is their time, talent or money to  multiply abundance in their own lives.
