A Great Person....

Most natural leaders don't inspire inspire to be great leaders, they aspire to be great persons. When people lead their own lives well others naturally want to follow. Mother Teresa did not start out as a great leader... it is what she became by determining to be all she was created to be and showing the following traits along the way:  Character; doing what is right even when it is difficult or no one is watching. Perspective: understanding what must happen in order to reach a goal. Courage;taking risks and living outside the lines to attain a goal. Favor; charisma which attracts and empowers others to join us. Servanthood; showing humility in helping and serving others, placing others needs ahead of our own.  Think your leader material but not getting anywhere? You might want to determine if others would classify you as a great person first. If your only great in your own mind your ego might be overshadowing the necessary traits.
