Make the mental move.....

Are you waiting for someone else to believe in your gifts or talents before you use them to their full ability? Sometimes we wait on others to recognize what we are capable of before we begin to embrace it fully. What we don't often take into consideration is that the person we are waiting on is not using their talents to their potential. Often we allow the people closest to us to hold us back from fulfilling our destiny because we are waiting on them to get on board. If they do not understand and use their own gifts to their fullest you cannot expect them to recognize and support yours. You have to make the decision to let go, move on mentally. If they want to be a part of the dream they will make the choice to become fully engaged. If they don't by moving on mentally you are no longer being held back by their lack of desire to fulfill not only their potential but support yours.
