A great partnership whether personal or professional requires an attitude of respect and an unwavering trust. Trust makes it possible to rely on one another unconditionally. It allows for each party to compensate for the others weaknesses instead of exploiting them. One will always cover the other with their strengths and and have the humility to admit their shortcomings. Fully engaged trust does not look for who did what, but what do we look like and accomplish together. Trust allows those in the partnership to work as a single unit. The solidity of a unit is so much stronger than a single person who lets their ego believe they can do it all alone or that they need individual credit.
