When we lead our own lives well, others naturally want to follow our lead. When you get up in the morning are you thinking about what other's can do for you or what you can do for other's? Are your pouring confidence into people around you? Are you encouraging and equipping them to live their best life at their highest potential? You have something to offer those around you that no one else can give.  Are you living into and up to that? Do you think the Creator of The Universe will hold you accountable for helping the people placed into your life? Have they been put there specifically so you can recognize their ability and bring out the best in them? To bring out the best in others we must first demand the best of ourselves.
