Know it All...

Do you look, listen and learn continually? How many times do we come in contact with someone has all the answers? If they do it will be for a very short period of time because the world is continually developing. The mistake many make is to settle in a comfortable spot and not evolve with it. Big picture thinkers, effective leaders are never satisfied with what they already know. They are looking by the minute for ways to grow and improve not only themselves but those around them. People who are effective are continual learners. They spend time every day finding some way to grow themselves either by reading a suggested book, visiting new places, taking classes or asking to be mentored.
