Solution or Sympathy?

Do you seek solutions or sympathy? Most people could find a way to solve their problem if they would spend as much time working on solutions instead of spending their time trying to get others to sympathize with their position. It is important to realize that our problems are going to be there until we face and tackle them. You can have all the sympathy in the world, but the problem still exists. Some people choose to hang on to their problems because they like drama and they want others to feel sorry for their plight in life. Why not tackle your problem? Face the challenges. It is far more satisfying to receive admiration than pity. We can view our problems in whatever light we choose. We could appreciate the possibility for growth and change the problem brings. In doing so we usually find the solution.
