A Leader's Initiative...

Vision allows leaders to see further than others can see and usually before others can see. Vision creates the opportunity or advantage to see the bigger picture and take initiative.  A leader does not seek victory only for themselves. Leaders look to bring others with them across the finish line, often allowing them to cross first. They encourage, empower and equip others to use their own talents to succeed.
