The Block Tower....

As a child did you stack up building blocks or put together legos? Our life is so much like that, putting together the pieces, stacking or adding them up one growth step at a time. Do you help others build their dream or are you the person that comes in and knocks it over scattering pieces all over the floor? Remember what it felt like as a child when that happened... when your block tower crashed? Think about that with the people in your life; children, co-workers, employees, family and friends. Are you working to help them build their dream?  Do you look for ways to encourage, affirm and value those who have been placed around you? Are you a builder or demolisher of their destiny castle? Demolishing others dreams does not make yours rise higher. Want to be a successful builder of your own destiny? Work on building others and it will advance your own.
