Oh Well....
When little things don't go as you hoped can you say "oh well" and move on or do you focus energy on what didn't work out? Disciplining yourself to move on keeps you from accumulating time on petty cares and frustrations. It allows you to use your energy on other things. How much energy do you give worry? By letting go or living past the small disappointments, you reserve your energy so when something serious comes along you have more reserves to overcome them. Chose not to squandered precious energy on petty issues. Develop an "oh well" category and let some things go today.
