What Fills Your Tank......
Just like a car runs on gas we run on energy. When our energy gets low, depleted or on reserves we cannot function at our highest level; be our best self. We operate in a go, go, go life style that take, take, takes our inner resources. What are your doing to replenish them? Sleep and diet are important, but balance, restoration and rejuvenation are crucial to our total well being. Again... what fills your tank? Is it music. reading, prayer, fishing, walking, working out or enjoying the outdoors; possibly a combination of many things. Take time to evaluate where your tank is setting right now. If you are operating on half a tank or below make a point to replenish today.
