1 in a 1000...

I recognize the opportunity to be the one in a thousand. Recently I was reminded by an insightful individual of the verse in Ecclesiates "one upright man among a thousand....". We are conditioned to be part of the "in" crowd, that is what it means to adapt to society. I believe as leaders (eagles) God calls us to stand upright, stand out and be that one in a thousand. Leaders look for fellow leaders to train up or align with while others are content managing or fitting into the masses. It can be lonely standing out but as the verse says only one in a thousand choose this path, so it is an elite group that answers the call. Are you a one or part of the thousand today? Were you created to be an eagle but consciously choosing to fly as a pigeon, flocking together instead of soaring above? I choose to be one in a thousand... will you join me?
