Are You Alone....

I am thankful I do not have to navigate the path of life alone. The world looks at our relationships superficially and if we are not with someone we are depicted as being alone. This is a misconception as one can be in relationship with someone and still be alone. We are made to be relational people, however we have taken that to such a level that people cannot function without being surrounded by others.  Many cannot take a step without someones direction or assurance. Have you become dependent on others opinion? Instead can I encourage you to rely on the One who says He will direct our steps and will work "all things to our good" if we allow Him. The trick is sometimes we have to get alone to hear the the whisper of guidance. God's never going to yell the directions to us. He expects us to be still and know Him. He is always there waiting. Will you join me in some alone time today?
