I am thankful to live in the assurance that God will fulfill his promise in me. Often I have to practice patience and extreme amounts of faith as I wait on His promises. Just as God fulfilled so many promises when Jesus came as a baby in Bethlehem, we have to dare to hope and trust that He will fulfill His promises in us as well. Jesus' birth was prophesied 700 years before it took place. Yet we give up on God's promise in us when things don't take place on our abbreviated time table. We live in an on-demand society; but often the best things in life show themselves in the soft, slow, sweet glow of patience, trust and understanding. God is most likely waiting on you, not the other way around. Think about it.... Is your heart in the right place? Are you open and receptive to what is possible? Are you operating on your own agenda or believing in God's promises for you? Would you consider joining me in the prophecy of an abundant life we each have the moment we are created?
