Cut The Tether....

I rejoice in the awareness that my strengths and skills are gifts God has placed within me to serve the world with. Gratitude for what I have been given keeps me in a place of humility. I understand it is okay to recognize and even celebrate those gifts. It is my responsibility to share them, grow them and mentor them. Those strengths and skills are the heart of my God sized dream, without them my dream would forever be only an idea. Do you know what your strengths and skills are today? Does your present environment grow and develop them to their potential. Can I encourage you to let go of what doesn't serve your highest and best version of the God sized dream within. It is most likely tethering you from developing to your full potential.
