The Greatest Of These....

I live in the awareness to grow and foster love in places I did not know existed within myself or others. We grow in love when we get outside our comfort zone. When we put ourselves out there over and over again, often getting hurt in the process. Unconditional love is not always easy. It means loving someone with places in our heart we did not know previously existed until they came into our life. That is virgin ground and so easily stepped on or crushed. Unconditional love does not mean hurtful words don't find their mark or that manipulative or self centered actions don't hurt our heart. It does mean that we keep on loving through the pain, through the tears. The pain is growth even though it hurts. Can I encourage you today to keep exploring those places in your heart you didn't know existed? Continue looking for the people that God has for you to grow with and love, after all we are reminded in Corinthians..."So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love."
