I choose to learn from my past, but dwelling on it keeps me from being fully present to life in this moment. I create my life with my thoughts, but if I focus to firmly on my future it keeps me from co-creating with the universe now. In doing so I might not be allowing myself to live my dreams out as they manifest if I am always in their future and not present in the moment as it occurs.
Life requires attention. If we are intentional, we can enjoy it at the same time. We can awaken ourselves to the moment we are living right now by taking a deep breath and simply looking around. In doing this we refocus our attention to our location in the real world (what's happening in this time and space). It's okay and encouraged to manifest the future, as long as we experience the present moment and what it has to offer as well.
Are you in balance or always in the future.... making future plans, looking for future deals, attending to future business? Some of this is necessary for the process of manifestation, but what's your balance with what's happening right now, in this moment? Are you fully appreciating it?
