I chose to abide in the NOW. I surrender to Divine Will and allow my thoughts, my words and my actions to align with the higher purpose and what is right for my life. Surrender is not an easy thing, especially for leaders or mentors. We are wired to lead but actually must surrender to recieve the full measure of what God has for us.
Living in the now and not in the past or waiting on future timing is a huge part of surrendering to the moment and being open to opportunity and experiences. So often we are focused on the "next deal" or the "next person to serve or help" that we miss who or what God has for us in THIS moment.
Are you living in the now? Do you feel like you have fully surrendered the outcome to God or are you trying to control every aspect of your life? Control is fear based. Surrender is faith empowered. It is believing "all things are possible" and that God "works all things together for our greatest good." Will you join me in the now today?
