Walking A Tightrope....

I choose to walk the tightrope across the barriers I encounter knowing the opportunity for my best life is on the other side. It would be so easy to live my life with a safety net, only doing things I know I won't fail at or get hurt doing.  However, in living the life God created me He purposely provides opportunities that require I trust Him and walk the tightrope..... looking up in faith instead of down for a safety net in fear. 

If I refuse to take action unless I can see the safety net, I am  allowing the net to become a trap as it creates a barrier between me and the freedom to pursue my highest goals. Trusting the process (tightrope) may show up in the form of a soft landing, an unexpected rescue or an eye-opening experience that would be gleaned only from the process of falling. Bust first we have to walk the rope.

Can I encourage you today that rather than allowing your life to be dictated by fear of the unknown, or trying to avoid falling off the tightrope to instead appreciate that sometimes we experience life fully when we are willing to trust and risk falling. In choosing this we usually find that we have the wings to fly.
