Right now the world is starving for ordinary heroes. Men and women who will make sacrifices, take risks, and make hard decisions to do the right thing.
I’m convinced that one of the most profound ways we demonstrate this is how we use our gifts to serve. God created us to have the heart of a warrior, placing a desire within us to stand up and fight for what’s pure, for what’s true. A heart to fight against injustice, hatred and prejudice.
You have a warrior’s heart, it might be buried under layers of indifference or settling for less, but it is there. That’s God’s design, not ours. That doesn’t mean we should be aggressive, domineering or controlling..... It simply means that within every one of us, God has planted a divine desire to fight for righteousness. To show kindness. To be a force of love. Will you join me?
